Take a guided kayak tour along Dunns Creek! Learn about the history of the area, including the famous travels of William Bartram, and discover the plants and animals that call Dunns Creek their home. Keep a close eye out for bald eagles, ospreys, herons, otters, manatees, and alligators on your journey.

 

Six kayaks are available to rent on a first-come, first-serve basis. You are also welcome to bring your own kayak. Tickets for kayak renters are $25, and tickets for people bringing their own is $20. Ticket purchase includes your entry into the park.

 

Kayaking is a water sport so expect to get wet and dress accordingly. There are no refunds available for the tour, unless another participant can fill the spot. Members of the Friends of Dunns Creek get a $10 discount!

Directions: The park entrance is located at 320 Sisco Road off Highway 17 near Pomona Park in Putnam County. We will be launching from the water access primitive parking area.
